How can I track my order?
Customers will be provided with a tracking code that will be set out in the confirmation email.
What are the shipping rates?
We are striving to provide lower shipping costs for you. In the meantime, our estimated shipping costs are as follows:
Standard Shipping -RM10 Flat
Please note that our shipping rates may subject to changes.
Which shipping companies do you use?
Our products will be shipped using DHL, J&T or Pos-Laju depending on the delivery address.
Can I collect the School Uniforms in person?
Yes. You can collect the School Uniforms from the School once the tracking system shows that the School Uniforms have been delivered to the School.
Can I change my order after it is been placed?
Yes. You can do so by emailing us at instox.management@gmail.com. However, as we aim to package and ship our products quickly, we will not be able to amend your order once it has been processed by our warehouse personnel.
